There is no single magic recipe to wellbeing. Instead, there are many. At the same time, there are many pathways to recovery. We all have an innate instinct to heal ourselves, and to choose the right path. The path that is just right for us.

A Garden Path and The Kitchen Pantry - A Pathway to Recovery
Through my personal journey of recovery from major health difficulties (including breast cancer, sensitivities and food intolerances) I have become much more aware of the nutritional value of specific food groups. I also have a greater appreciation of what constitutes a balanced and healthy diet. More importantly, I am aware that some foods promote my wellbeing, while others produce illness.

A Garden Path (growing culinary and medicinal herbs, and organic produce), The Kitchen Pantry (stocking low-allergenic food) and recipes (using low-allergenic foods and organic produce) all share the underlying philosophy of Gardening and Eating for living. By choosing to follow A Garden Path I have combined good nutrition with regular activity in an outdoor environment. This has been and will continue to be a very healing and nurturing process for me.
